Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement. By connecting your exchange account to AlphaCartel you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the Service

AlphaCartel (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) provides software that lets members of the AlphaCartel community copy trades onto their own WEEX account.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you connect your WEEX account and, on your instruction, mirror trade signals onto that account. We place orders on your behalf only when you authorize them, sized according to the risk settings you choose. The Service is a tool: it executes what you instruct.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives in your jurisdiction.
You must hold your own valid WEEX account and comply with WEEX’s terms.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your trading.

4. Not financial advice

AlphaCartel does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and is not a broker, exchange, fund or portfolio manager. Trade signals are information, not recommendations. All trading decisions are your own. You should obtain independent advice before trading.

5. Account connection and API keys

To use the Service you authorize it to access your WEEX account via API. The access granted is trade only and cannot withdraw or transfer funds.
Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to place orders you have authorized (see our Privacy Policy).
You may disconnect your account at any time, which revokes our access.

6. Risk acknowledgment

Cryptocurrency and leveraged derivatives trading carries a high risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You accept these risks in full. See our Risk Disclosure.

7. Responsibilities

You are responsible for your trading decisions, your risk settings, your account security, and any resulting market gains or losses.
We are responsible for operating the Service with reasonable care: safeguarding your credentials, executing only authorized orders, and applying the risk controls described on this site.
WEEX is responsible for custody of your funds, order matching, and exchange availability. AlphaCartel is independent of WEEX.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error free execution, specific fills, or any trading outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, slippage, exchange downtime, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or gross negligence).

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, or any unlawful activity, or in violation of WEEX’s terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. You may stop using it and disconnect at any time.
